If I find a new packaging material I’ll trial it, and if it seems to work well, I’ll adjust my set-up.

Any items shipped to you are wrapped carefully and well protected. However, occasionally items can become damaged in transit. If this happens, we will need proof of damage on arrival to be able to send you a replacement. All packages are sent via signed delivery, so are easily trackable.
Refund policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product you’ve received, we will be happy to refund the cost of that item, following the item being returned to us in perfect un-used condition within 14 days since receiving your item/s. Please note, we can not cover the cost of any return shipping charges.
